We process personal data only to the extent necessary and on the basis of the GDPR. Statistics and marketing cookies are only set on the basis of your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time with effect for the future (the “Cookie settings” link in the footer).

When you send a request via the form, we process the data provided (name, company, email address, message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type) is processed by the hosting provider. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, fault-free operation). Retention: typically 7 days.

On your first visit we ask for your consent via a cookie banner. We distinguish three categories: Necessary (required for operation, incl. storing your cookie choice; no consent needed), Statistics and Marketing. Statistics and marketing cookies are only set after your active consent. Technically we use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and no corresponding data is transmitted to Google. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. All homepage media (including the background animation) are served by us — no third-party cookies (e.g. YouTube/Vimeo) are set.

With your consent to the “Statistics” category, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to analyse the use of our website in pseudonymised form in order to improve it; the IP address is truncated (IP anonymisation). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Any transfer of data to Google in the USA is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings”.

With your consent to the “Marketing” category, we may use advertising services such as Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (e.g. conversion tracking, remarketing). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Consent Mode also applies here: without your consent, no marketing cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as to withdraw any consent given at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Please contact office@intrasap.com.
